Executive CHEF: Kimberly Belle

Chef BELLE brings a decade's worth of culinary and professional experience to the table. Having studied cooking in Italy and New York City, Belle has poured her passion for food into her boutique catering business and soon to launch line of all natural baked goods from The Naked Bakery. Chef Belle's wake up naked breakfast bars can be purchased in NYC and throughout the Tri-State area. Belle has recently accepted the post as Preferred Caterer and official Ambassador to the NYC chapter of London's most elite dining community, The Supper Club. Her original recipes can be found on her blog, Midnight Eggs: Chronicle of a Food Life, where Chef Belle and her Tribe of food-forward girlfriends post a daily dish on what's tempting their New York taste buds.

Event Coordinator: Erin Fritch

Having lived in NYC for well over a decade, with a substantial background in the arts, Erin brings a unique vision to the catering table. She has and extensive history in high-end catering and food service, having worked for several of NYC's most elite companies. That experience, combined with a theatrical background (one that has brought her to the Broadway stage) make her events one of a kind in their originality and charisma. In addition to coordinating all aspects of an event, Erin works very closely with Chef Belle to style the food in a way that rivals any other. Recently, Erin has taken on the task of heading a new charity division of The Dinner Belle, a program designed to give back to the NYC community.
